Refund Policy

The Reading Room sells digital products: online reading access ($8) and PDF downloads ($16). Access is delivered instantly after payment.

1. Digital delivery

Because the content is delivered immediately and cannot be returned, purchases are generally final once the book has been opened or downloaded.

2. When we do refund

• you were charged twice for the same book;
• the payment succeeded but access was never granted;
• the file is corrupted or unreadable and we cannot fix it;
• you bought the wrong book and have not opened or downloaded it.

3. How to request

Email info@saberiq.net within 14 days of the purchase with the email you used and the book title. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

4. Consumer rights

If the law where you live gives you stronger rights for digital purchases, those rights apply in addition to this policy.

5. Technical problems first

If the reader will not open, contact us before requesting a refund — most issues are solved quickly.
