These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of aleksandarsaber.com and the online Reading Room ("the Site"), operated by Aleksandar Saber ("we", "us"). By using the Site or buying access to a book, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when you create an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • Accounts are personal. Do not share access with other people.
  • We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or content piracy.

2. Purchases and access

  • Online reading access to a single book costs $8 (USD).
  • A downloadable PDF of a single book costs $16 (USD).
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your card details.
  • Access is granted to your account immediately after a successful payment.
  • Prices may change at any time; the price shown at checkout applies.

3. License and copyright

All books, texts, covers and other content on the Site are protected by copyright and remain the property of the author. A purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for private reading only. You may not:

  • copy, resell, rent, publish or share the files;
  • upload the content to other websites or file-sharing services;
  • remove watermarks or technical protections;
  • use the content to train AI models without written permission.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with the Site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content in bulk, or use the Site for unlawful purposes.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the Site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features, books and apps may be changed or removed.

6. Limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached. You may stop using the Site at any time and request deletion of your account.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "last updated" date above shows the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
